- Identity: Name and surname; where an invoice has to be issued, Turkish national ID number or tax details,
- Contact: Phone number, email address, province/district, installation and billing address,
- Customer transaction: Quotation requests, requirement details (such as area of use, number of units and water hardness), order, invoice, installation, service, request and complaint information,
- Visual and audio: Photos of the plumbing and installation area that you send us for a quotation or service,
- Transaction security: IP address, access and transaction logs.

Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients, limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
- Our authorised service providers and business partners, for installation, maintenance and service,
- Contracted cargo and transport companies, for product delivery,
- Service providers supplying the Site’s hosting and email services,
- E-invoice/e-archive service providers and our financial adviser, for invoicing and accounting,
- Banks and payment institutions, for receiving and refunding payments,
- Public bodies and judicial authorities legally entitled to receive them.
Collection Method and Transfers Abroad
Your personal data is collected electronically through the quotation form on the Site, email, phone, WhatsApp and social media channels, and through written documents.
The servers of communication services such as WhatsApp may be located abroad. If you contact us through these channels, the resulting transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 9 of the KVKK. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods laid down in the relevant legislation. For example, invoices and accounting records are kept for 5 years under tax legislation, and commercial books and documents for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code. Quotation requests that do not result in a sale are deleted within a reasonable period after the request is concluded. When the period expires, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject, by applying to our company you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Request its deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to Apply
You can submit requests concerning your rights in writing, together with information identifying you, to our company address, to our KEP address (aquaturco@hs09.kep.tr), or to info@aquabella.com.tr from the email address you have previously notified to us. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
