Orders placed through klordozajpompasi.com.tr are prepared by AQUABELLA and shipped from Istanbul, Türkiye. Shipping is free only for deliveries within Türkiye. For deliveries outside Türkiye, the shipping method and cost, customs procedures and delivery terms are determined in the quotation prepared for your order.
Shipping within Türkiye
For deliveries to addresses in Türkiye, no shipping charge is made, whatever the order value or number of items. Orders are sent by a cargo company to any location in Türkiye, and the shipping line in the order summary appears as free of charge.
International shipping and customs
For deliveries outside Türkiye, the shipping cost, carrier or transport method, customs clearance and delivery terms (Incoterms) are set out in the quotation for your order. Import duties, taxes and formalities in the destination country, and who is responsible for them, are also specified in the quotation. To request a quotation, send us the products and quantities you need, the delivery address and country, and, if you have one, your preferred delivery method.
Delivery time
When your order will be dispatched is communicated to you with the order confirmation; for international orders, the expected dispatch and delivery schedule is stated in the quotation. For orders delivered within Türkiye, the delivery period may under no circumstances exceed the statutory limit of 30 days. If your order needs to arrive by a specific date, we recommend writing to us before you order.
Shipment tracking
When your order is dispatched, the tracking details are sent to you. If you ordered as a registered customer, you can also follow your orders on the My Account page.
On receipt
Check the outside of the parcel before accepting it. If it is dented, torn or wet, ask the courier to record the damage in a damage report and notify us with photos. When you first open the box, we recommend checking that the pump’s suction and discharge assemblies, injection fitting and mounting accessories are all present.
